Needle felted wool and silk textile art, "At the beach", 5"x7", mounted, unframed

A gorgeous beach scene created using coloured silk fabric, wool and silk fibres. The coloured silk fabric, cut into strips, have been needle felted to a felt base to create the base of the picture and additional wool and silk fibres have been added to the surface to blend the colours together and add texture. The needle felting process binds the fibres and fabric together and also add texture to the surface of the picture.

The picture has been mounted using a black and white card mount, dimensions given below. It is sold unframed.
