Needle felted textile art picture, 7"x5", "Fields", Mounted, unframed

A fabulous textile art picture of a landscape of fields. This picture has been created from silk fabric and wool and silk fibres using a needle felting technique. The main body of the picture is formed from strips of coloured silk fabric which have been needle felted to a felt base. Additional wool and silk fibres have been added to the surface to blend the colours together and add texture. No sewing has been used to create this picture as the needle felting process binds the fibres and fabric together. It also add texture to the surface of the picture.

The picture has been mounted using a black and white card mount, dimensions given below. It is sold unframed.
